C section abdomen pain 3 weeks PP?

I’m 3 weeks Pp. Incision is healed. However I’ve been having light twinges of pain in my abdomen area. Wondering if anyone else had this and it was normal or was it a sign of internal infection?

@kamalhossan Hi! I've had emergency C-Section and the twinges of pain still persist until 2 months PP and it did get better for me... However we did go to our ob-gyn and she said it's a normal thing. I would recommend doing another visit if you are worried!

@mikiechie Did you notice it more after active activity? I wonder sometimes if me moving around so much brings that on.

@kamalhossan It is especially worse after I carry my baby / bend down to pick him up!
