Bleeding on active pills w chateal eq

I'm on my 4th pack in chateal eq, skipped my period every single time by not taking the placebos. For a little over a week I've been "breakthrough bleeding" while actively on my peirod. It's heavier than spotting but lighter than my period. Should I be concerned since it's been over a week?

@myheartisyours01 It is not unsual for that to happen when you take the pill continuously and skip the placebo pills.
