@lifeword So I was previously doing a water-only cycle after the main wash, but I stopped after we moved to a house with hard water because I was under the impression that a detergent-less cycle would cause mineral buildup with particularly hard water.

@danny2023 The conflicting advice definitely makes it harder .
I'm using flats largely because I read they have less wash issues.

@tycoon34 I use prefolds! So you’d think they’d be okay in that respect
