@cptbobproffesoromemeology I walk almost daily and try to fit in 10,000 steps. As for lifting, I average 2-3x per week for 30-40 minutes. Sometimes, it’s only once a week if my body needs more rest.
@clintjohnson The only way to make companies like these change for the better is if it affects their profits and make them know why! More people should do this.
