@dennondeo Same, first pregnancy was super uneventful and completely normal, never any bad news, every scan was normal, then after a few years decided to try again and now I’m on my second miscarriage back to back, left me in shock and heartbroken.
@toptim198998 I have heard from a bunch of OBGYNs the same thoughts, it’s all placebo for desperate women, but this should be a shared decision between you and your physician
@lamikin The research I have read is that doubling at least of 35% or more could be considered normal, the miscarriages I had in the past they doubled maybe 10-20 % only every 48 hours so it was not good
@nice19 This is normal, I remember feeling the exact same way as you, I’m 10 weeks today so still not a success story but it’s the furthest I have made it and I remember nott feeling any symptoms and also taking progesterone and terrified that I would be having a miscarriage and not bleeding...
@yommie The important detail is the doubling time, not the actual first number, with my first miscarriage I was 3k and lost it but betas were not doubling at all, same with my second miscarriage, they were increasing by 10% every 48 hours
@unsuret This is your choice and you should never ever make a decision like this based of what strangers think, you are already a grown woman so you can decide
