    Running so much slower!

    @sherithorb It went from 20# to 10# to 0# over the course of like 6 weeks. Also keep in mind as we are gaining body weight, that also adds to the "rucking" weight.

    Running so much slower!

    @sherithorb Yep had to stop around 20 weeks because the pelvic pressure. I transitioned to rucking after that and then just regular walking. It's all signs pregnancy is progressing!
