    @202helives Another vote for day 4 with first. it felt like forever and really stressed me out but then it was over and we were cooking with gas (e.g. milk not colostrum). i also added in a couple short pump sessions day 3 that I think helped (and got me enough for a few tiny syringe feeds)

    @leggdj i didnt wait enough with first, started swimming at 4.5 weeks cuz i thought swimming was “gentle”, but 20 laps isnt gentle. going to wait this time. just pelvic tilts, breathing,etc

    @dailymango echoing this, even if you only get good intensity the first couple weeks, itll still be motivation to go move, as long as you adjust expectations for how frequently and how intense. Be ok with modifiying, sitting out a move or two to recover, etc

    @dawnhammer its wild how its like a ton of bricks. I ran a solid 5 mile race at 7w2 days and within 2 days i could only do walk runs without extreme nausea and shortness of breath. Just BOOM.

    @christianwarrior123 Just a note on this one, it was great for me thru about 16 weeks, but if you have SPD or pelvic girdle pain there is a lot of lunging, burpee style movements, etc that can exacerbate and not clear modifications in 2nd tri program.
