@tigersstory What else does you can’t waste BM like you can formula mean??? Explain it. You don’t even understand what you wrote. There is no other interpretation. It’s a waste either way, you spend time an resources on both. I wouldn’t want to waste either.

@tigersstory Well it’s not like formula is free, both require resources to procure.

@ruella I was never told this, I also don’t wear a monitor so I don’t even know what my normal resting is. I worked out regularly until about 8 months and then I mostly walked
