    newly pregnant, run my half?

    @monkeyroo I ran a half at 6-7 weeks. Was fine. I wasn’t restricted on running until 10-12 weeks because of my heart condition.

    @felicitys Whatever I want. Lol. But really, lots of yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese sticks, protein granola, clementines, Brie bites with crackers, pretzels with hummus, avocado on tortillas.
