    @ohgemma Totally anecdotal obviously, but my labour was quick and I pushed baby out in less than half an hour, with only a small second degree tear. Overall, I thought it went really well. What I think helped in particular: Pelvic floor exercises, diaphragmatic breathing, squats, glute bridges...
