    Confused about sleep and formula

    @nader1 Anecdotally, I EBF and have an above average sleeper. My parents both formula fed my sister and I and we were terrible sleepers. Adding formula doesn't turn babies into unicorn sleepers. Almost no one would breastfeed exclusively if it did, considering sleep is probably the number one...

    @felicitys Even if you feel OK, you are not as healed as you think you are. Stick to the walking for another few weeks. From what I've read, if you try and do too much too soon, you can cause Diastasis Recti and basically have the ab muscles seperate. Which will harm your fitness goals much...

    Preschool Problem -- Is it worth it?

    @ballofconfusion Your child will be fine no matter if she is in daycare, preschool, nanny or with a SAHP. All of these choices, or a combination of these, will result in well adjusted children/adults. If you like her daycare, I would personally stay with it.

    @springwillow I personally think that's a little early to worry. However, I would ask her why she recommends it so early. Does she see some other signs as well that lead her to this recommendation? Is she recommending PT or just an evaluation? I personally don't think this a reason to switch...
