@hopeful08 This was exactly what we did.

Another q on second (scheduled) c after emergency c with first

@amashyrl I was up and walking within a handful of hours after both my csections. The hospital I delivered at gets you moving as soon as it is safely possible, especially after a C-section. I did laps of the postpartum floor like it was my JOB, haha.

My toddler eats like 8 things and I don’t have the energy to do anything about it

@dmhanson511 My picky eater is 4, and it doesn't get a whole lot better for us. I've talked with his pediatrician about it for two years running (at least) and his response has been that he's thriving physically and doesn't see an issue with it. Just to keep trying all the usual approaches and...

Very hard water folks - what do you use for powder detergent?

@defoehorses Good luck with whatever you decide. I’m pretty off-put by scents also (I don’t wear perfume or body spray, and my main criteria for deodorant is that I don’t smell it once it’s on my body…lol) and I’ve either gone nose blind to the mountain fresh tide or it’s mild enough that I...

Are we using the carrier as a crutch?

@sharz I contact napped my first for 6 months and my second for 3. They have both been and become good sleepers anyways. I have a 7.5 week old and she gets worn about half the time. Good sleep begets good sleep around here, so we love carrier naps.

LEFT SIDE THORACIC SCOLIOSIS AND BABYWEARING

@louy51 Has your curve been stable a long time? Talk with your dr, but it’s likely your body will tell you if you need to adjust. I have significant lumbar (30s) and thoracic (15-20ish) curves, as well as a Cobb angle, and I just do my best to maintain a supported posture so that I don’t cause...

    Breastfeeding carrier

@shela710 This. I’ve nursed in a couple of different SSCs. It’s been easier once my babies are 3-4 months old and don’t need as much support to hold their heads up, but this is the method I use. Using a top that has easy nursing access makes it even simpler.
