    @holyspiritleads2truth I would look now. The only reason i say this is because you are still going to lose a lot (most likely) until you hit six weeks. For me, i looked at 2 weeks.     Advice please

    @godlesstc Just stopped to say be careful with kegals. My Pelvic Floor Therapist told me not to do them and that they would make labor more difficult and painful because i have a tight prlvic floor. Many other women do too.

    @tracylee I definitely felt like that at 10w PP. start by taking baby on extra walks, whenever you have time. Also prioritize rest and getting enough protein and nutrients. It will take time but you will feel like yourself again.

    2 months postpartum and i don’t know where to start 😕

    @rrruff I definitely felt like that at 2 months PP. honestly it took close to a year to look and feel back to myself.
