They do not reduce bleeding they significantly increase it and cramps. The only ones that do are hormonal...

    @n9070 The only supplement that is known to interfere is St Johns Wart but there aren’t a lot of studies done supplements because they are unregulated. You should always discuss with your doctor before taking any kind of supplements.

    @charmaine93 No, birth control doesn’t affect attraction. It can affect smell and taste but not attraction. It sounds like correlation not causation. If the relationship is new it sounds like you’re just not vibing with it anymore
