    Telling Trainers/Coaches

    @surrendermyheart I agree with this. There is nothing they can really do for you this early on. But if you want to tell them go for it, it’s not really your husbands decision. I never told my coaches until I needed to - maybe around 15 weeks for me for CrossFit

    @benedix We follow wake windows because I’m awful at reading baby sleepy cues. It’s easier for me to have a schedule.

    Maternity Leave in California - Paid By Employer

    @valpal1123 You can’t double up. I would try to get SDI for 6 or 8 weeks, 8 weeks of PFL, and then take your 12 weeks of paid Maternity leave from your employer! If not the 8 weeks of PFL can be used anytime within a year.
