@zandile I never had an issue ovulating to begin with the letrozole was just for a “stronger” ovulation. We’re still awaiting sperm analysis. But can’t believe how so much has changed in 3 years (I conceived my daughter in 3 months even with a loss included beforehand!).

@zandile My first Letrozole cycle just failed 😭, had a very strong ovulation…just didn’t conceive. We’re repeating it and then possibly doing IUI in May or June, and then aiming to start IVF in September if I’m still not pregnant by then (and I’m pretty confident I won’t be 😞).

@hotinco The 9 month mark was rough, considering your chance of getting pregnant before the dreaded 1 year mark is dwindling and your per cycle chance take a nose dive after that. And that over 80% of people my age have already gotten pregnant. And also the dreaded “unexplained” diagnosis.

@noahama DNA fragmentation and poor sperm quality is one of the main causes of RPL, this study found that couples with RPL had 2x the DNA fragmentation of couples without miscarriage. So it is very significant.
