Can’t Lose the Damn Weight - 2 Years Postpartum

@tuy%E1%BA%BFt4634 The wording makes it seem like you’ve had additional children? Did you gain less? I gained 60 lbs with my first and am finally somewhat normal 17 months later. We’re trying to conceive a 2nd and I dread going through the weight gain/loss process.

Can’t Lose the Damn Weight - 2 Years Postpartum

@sarahjeanne Same! And people here are saying to do weights, not cardio… but that’s not my experience. I didn’t get my pre body body back until I ran hard. I focused on running form so intense core and butt. My body came back so fast as soon as I started that.

    Starting a co-sleeping tradition - once a week

@pinoytvshows Their routine would still be disrupted while traveling (different place, different tub, room looks different) even if you bring the bassinet.

Should I pull my baby from daycare center?

@zarvinsacdalan I think you’re under reacting even. I’d be 100% pulling her out of that daycare

Doctor said my 6mo needs PT

@springwillow Was she worried about his strength otherwise? I’m wondering if she mentioned the sitting specifically but she’s overall noticing that he’s slightly slower in physical tasks than average. It might be that he’s really only very minorly slower than average but she’s just trying to...

Do people with kids work *harder*?

@jcox64 This is me! I think I work a lot smarter now that I have kids. Im only working ~7 hours a week/ day but kicking ass during that time and getting much more done than I used to.

If you work in office M-F and have a short commute (5-10 minutes), how do you feel about your setup?

@onkos1 I love going into the office. I was worried that it would be a hard shift from remote work but I’m enjoying it so much more. It’s really nice having the separation between work and home. I also like interacting with adults during the day. I think I’d be upset about returning to remote...

What does your younger toddlers sleep look like?

@tisanewseason That sounds SO rough. We’ve had patches like this and others where he sleeps well in the crib. Our system has been that we put him to sleep in the crib every night and then I pull him into bed with me once he starts waking. We go through periods where he joins me in bed at 11pm...

What does your younger toddlers sleep look like?

@cheesecakephan It was super easy for us and also very obvious when it was time. He had started sometimes skipping the morning nap. When it did take it, it was only like 30 min. That all happened around 11-12 months so we just dropped it. He immediately took to the switch. My dude seems to be a...

@reachouttothelost Oh no… I find my 13 month old very difficult. I’m scared of what’s to come!

Daughter broke up with her boyfriend of 4 years & it’s like I’m going through a breakup.

@iamhere People progress in relationships differently. Your marriage advice doesn’t make my sense in many cases. My (now) husband and I have a baby and bought a house before we got married. We were obviously close to each other’s family members while being boyfriend/girlfriend only.

    Breastmilk amount per bottle

@katrina2017 This formula doesn’t make sense to me… this would have my baby eating 60oz per day.

How do you have time to do anything?

@bnnewsome013 This is exactly what I do. I have a BOB that I bought for $100 on FB marketplace. I jog for 30 min a few times a week. I always go on Sat and Sun and then I try to go 1-2 weekdays after work as well, while my husband cooks dinner

    PLS S.W.A.P

@lemar349 I agree with your general point. We used a gentle sleep training method and it worked. However, your point on the car seat didn’t hold true in our case. My baby is 6 months and SCREAMS for every car ride 😭

    4 month Sleep Regression Research

@wagingwar My baby did the hourly thing for a couple months until we finally started cosleeping with him. I wish we only had a couple weeeks of it!

@lyy150a I’m in the suck again part currently. I think 12 month old is going through a terrible regression. I miss sleep 😭
