    Did you really wait 6 weeks postpartum to resume exercise?

    @felicitys Absolutely. Aside from walking and gentle symmetrical stretches, I waited until 6 weeks to increase intensity and add asymmetrical stretches (lunges, half splits, lizard, etc).

    @tolearn Prenatal yoga teacher here. We don’t do closed twists in order to protect our abs, no worries about hurting baby :) Open twists are the alternative as long as they feel good. Remember to always listen to your body! Also, when child’s pose feels uncomfortable to me, I enjoy extended...

    How far along are you and what’s your workout routine?
