    Pregnancy fitness app that isn’t a pdf?

    @acurisur I've been liking Belle method, it's web only. It is focused on birth prep, pelvic floor health, breathing, and pilates/barre workouts. It has a ton of labor education as well. I've been doing an occasional dumbbell workout on my own to supplement it.

    How far along are you and what’s your workout routine?

    @e2014 Before pregnancy I did a mix of pilates and strength training (at home with dumbells). I worked out as normal until week 7 when morning sickness hit me. I didn't workout at all until last week at 19 weeks when my morning sickness finally relented. I'm now doing/planning on doing pilates...
