    Testing Ovulation While Staying Fit/Hydrated

    @jeremypar It was not an option for me to easily test at my job at the time so when I was TTC, I’d test with FMU and then when I thought I was getting close to peak, I’d test again in the afternoon when I got home. It worked for me to catch peaks with my body.

    Did y’all take breaks during pregnancy?

    @hescomingsoon Now that I’ve hit the third trimester, I only lift 1-2 times in a week every few weeks instead of my normal 3 times. I’ve also taken a couple weeks where I just walk, no lifting. Listen to your body!

    Pregnancy fitness app that isn’t a pdf?

    @aceplace Also on the Megsquats train. They do have PDFs but the program is in an app that updates weekly and gives you some ability to switch out exercises, change reps/sets, etc.
