Window guards with quick release

We have two windows in our third floor living room. One is where we install the ac. The other is at the fire escape. I am looking for a window guard that can be installed over the fire escape. I found two. Does anyone have advice? I've found two front runners. Just not sure which to get. Thanks!

@longnguyen We have the first one on the window that leads to the fire escape. Works great and we open it all the time to water plants on the fire escape.
