I can’t seem to figure this out from searching online.
Edit: I emailed them and this is what they sent:
Omni Breeze is our most breathable carrier that does it all. LightweightSoftFlex™ Mesh that covers almost all of carrier provides maximum air flow with a streamlined look to keep you and baby cool and dry allday. Omni 360 Cool Air Mesh offers targeted mesh panels for a high level of breathability with more technical look. Both carriers offer all carry positions (inward, outward, hip and back carry), premium features(padded shoulder straps, lumbar support, hood, etc) and grow from newborn to toddler (0-48 months).

tl;dr - Omni Breeze is made all of mesh. Omni Mesh has "panels" of mesh. (These names seem backwards to me - the Omni Mesh should be the one made of all mesh - but there you have it)
