I had a miscarriage and had some thyroid bloodwork done a month or so afterward that showed a slightly decreased TSH (0.171 uIU/mL) and normal FT4 (1.44 ng/dL). I was lucky to get pregnant again on the first try. I got another thyroid draw done at about 7w2d that showed a further decrease in TSH (down to 0.021) and an increase in FT4 (2.13). I realized after the fact that I had NOT stopped taking my biotin prenatal for this 7 week test and the doctor ordered a repeat lab, which I did at 9 weeks on the dot after skipping four days of biotin.
