I’m on day 6 of lo lestrogen brand bc and I had unprotected sex, am I going to get pregnant?

I took my sixth pill at 1pm today, and it’s currently 12:09am as I’m writing this. My bf and I had unprotected sex and he pulled out and didn’t ejaculate. I’m on day 15 of my period (yes it’s long I know that’s why I’m on bc because my gyno thought it could help regulate my cycle) but I’m just worried I might get pregnant. Advice?

@scratchybrushhead Yes, you can get pregnant unfortunately. Unless you start taking it during the first 5 days of your period, combination birth control is not effective until you’ve taken the pill for 7 full days (ie, it’s effective starting when you take the 8th pill).

Take plan b ASAP
