Finally, progress

I had some posts about my weight struggle due to EBF. After tracking my weight with Happy Scale app, i realized i was not gaining nor losing (since i gave birth) in the long haul. Finally around 8 mos postpartum I noticed a difference of 3 pounds without dieting and am now actively trying to build on the momentum. I think this may be due to baby starting solids and my moving more due to his new mobility vs contact napping most of the day! I hope this helps future ppl worried about their weight , everyone is different but maybe with time it will improve. Btw i have not weaned yet but Weight Watchers and short exercise (20 min w/ baby) seems to help with the weight loss momentum.
