7-month-old still wakes up a couple times a night. I’m starting work soon

I can’t do this anymore. I am so so tired. I’ve already started inching away from breastfeeding - luckily baby girl takes formula like a champ. Husband sleeps like the dead and doesn’t wake up with the baby. I’ve been giving her 4-5 ounces of formula just before bedtime at 6:30. She has a huge appetite though and I’m a little worried she really is hungry in the night.

We got my son sleeping through the night at 10 months by having my husband go in there with water in a bottle. He wouldn’t really drink it but it seemed to help. Took about three days. Baby girl is stubborn though and I have a feeling, she’s really going to fight it.

Any tips before I lose my mind from sleep deprivation?

@dennyissmith So, for me, it was that my girl wasn't getting enough calories during the day, so she'd wake up to eat. (I mean, right now she wakes up, but because she's teething 6 teeth at once.) Once I started adding more food and snacks between meals, she started sleeping though the night again.

@dennyissmith Mine is 18 months now but he didn’t sleep through until after a year…I was real tired at work and drank a lot of coffee.

But to lose one of the wake ups I nursed extra in the evening before bed. I wonder if you could up the ounces in that bedtime bottle, and once she starts doing solids more offering a snack too? I would give our LO a few minutes to try to go back to sleep too because I think at the end there it was just habit to wake up.
