I’ve been struggling with hyperthyroidism(Caused by implanon) I’m 5 months pregnant and the doctor mentioned cuz of my thyroid issue baby might have down syndrome(Asked them to email me the test results) I was also taking Methimazole until I found out I was pregnant and on the 5th week….After the doctor mentioned down syndrome they immediately recommended Amniocentesis testing…I’m scared but also not too concerned about my baby having Down syndrome should I still do the amnio test? There’s a chance I’d miscarry….I’d really love to meet this baby
