@lawrenceraymond Activated charcoal! Sometimes you can find chewable tablets but I’ve only ever gotten the capsules. I pull the capsule apart and mix the powder inside with applesauce; it doesn’t taste like anything.

@shc73 Oh gosh that comment was the worst. I'm fatigued but still overall better rested now with 8-week old twins than I was while pregnant.
