    8 months TTC, 1MC w/ Hashimoto’s/Hypothyroidism

@mala808 I read the study a few times because it was so stark! Things I wish they included: rates of spontaneous vs. ART conceived pregnancies, as well as what the rates were for others undergoing ART. Like if that is close to the success rate of ART generally, or is a significantly higher...

@kathy01 I haven't found one without biotin yet, either. And it does seem SOME level of biotin is recommended and unlikely to impact the test assays per the paper linked above. The current ones I'm using (Mama Bird) have 857% of the daily value, and that seems unnecessarily high! I'll let you...

    8 months TTC, 1MC w/ Hashimoto’s/Hypothyroidism

@mala808 Sorry for the slow response, I went down a rabbit hole reading! I work in biotech so I have access to a ton of journals. I hope the links work for you but at the very least the abstract and conclusions should be visible. My doctor referenced a large, multi-year study on subclinical...

    8 months TTC, 1MC w/ Hashimoto’s/Hypothyroidism

@mala808 You're right about the TSH 1-2 or 2.5 range, for sure! That is the recommendation from TES and other organizations. I hope they will listen and adjust! How frustrating that you have to tell them this, rather than a doctor being on top of it. If it's of interest, I can add some links to...

Question regarding using FAM/condoms to prevent

@dreamasamemory2002 It took me a few months to feel “safe” about the reliability of my opk + temp rises. I still wait three days just to make sure we have that confirmed O day (FF confirms with 3). Maybe see how repeatable your cycle is for another month and you’ll feel more confident!
