@1shizueallen1 Not over reacting stew could have killed him. I’ve worked in pediatrics and one of the saddest deaths we had was an 8 year old who are something at a wedding that was supposed to be safe and she left her epipen back at her table :( but she took a bite at the buffet line.

@eugeneim1991 You need to stop every 2-3 hours for about 30 minutes and baby has to come all the way out of the seat. Car seats can asphyxiate babies if they are in them for long stretches like that so you’re 13 hours turns into close to double. Fly or train if you can.

@ronjonb I was an over producer but my friend noticed a similar effect. And it’s easy to try. And once you get in the habit it’s great. My skin looks so bad now that I’ve been not drinking as much water.

@ronjonb You are doing great! I had to drink at a minimum 1 whole gallon of water a day plus a 24oz iced tea, a hot tea or coffee or soda 12oz and then whatever else I felt like drinking. That helped me make 68-70oz a day. If I didn’t get that gallon of water it would drop to 40oz. So maybe try...
