What chores do you get done while baby wearing?

@wrshamblinjr I use this as an opportunity for squats. Gotta get my exercises in somehow. I just turn to the side, squat and reach around to the bottom of the tub. Then repeat on the other side as needed.

New dad here, please help. Seeking advice from those with experience in this situation. TIA

@dreamer30 I tok had to learn to take care of myself for my milk supply to be adequate. My SO was a huge help. First always hand her water, electrolytes or tea with some sort of galactagogue (I prefer chamomile or ginger, LO prefers ginger in my diet). No matter what she is doing ask her if she...

“JuSt wAiT tiLl tHe bAby gEtS hErE”

@evanlooksuptothealmighty I feel ya. I just found out I dislocated my rib from cough/sneezing about a week and a half ago. I'm so sore from having no space in my body that the ache seemed rational. When I did it I almost cried and told my partner that I needed a break from exercise for a few...

What chores do you get done while baby wearing?

@wrshamblinjr Yeah don't cook anything like bacon. I reached for a pan at the grabbing stage while my bio mom was cooking and got Bacon grease all over me. It's my first memory, the pain was excruciating. 2nd degree burns and a few scars. I would be ok with steaming, boiling, crock pot...

He’s SUCH a Good Dad: A Moms V. Dads Expectations Rant

@melista Yes, a main reason I didn't want kids was the societal expectations. In couples therapy we talked about it and I specifically said "I would love the dad job, it's great. It's like a step parent, a fun aunt or a grandparent. The mom job is the worst with all of that pressure." Edit to...

Trust me, get a bidet attachment for your toilet

@doran Yep it will help PP too. I didn't want to touch anything down there with a ten foot pole, gentle water was barely tolerable but it needs to be cleaned somehow.

I know it's nothing compared to some people here but I've officially made it 2 months breastfeeding!

@clemdawg Mines 2 months as well and I'm in the same boat. She will barely take a bottle either so it looks like we will be EBF for a long time. My goal was also 6months but my new goal is to never give her formula, always breast milk. I'll see if I can do it. She breaks my heart every time I...

    Make your dental appointments

@neuroclusterbrain This happened to my sister. She has always avoided the dentist. I'm at 4mo pp and I'm trying to get my vehicle back to schedule a cleaning. I NEED it because having a baby is causing me to forego a ton of dental care.
