    @neverbeenalone Nope! Perfectly reasonable. My son isn't 3 yet, but I fully plan to keep him in his crib as long as he wants to, until we night train anyway. And we have a little one on the way.     When people are talking about wake window times (i.e. 1.5/1.75/1.75/2) do they have set nap lengths as well?

    @nathan_jucal At this age, if my guy's nap was at least 30 minutes, then he could do a full window before the next one. If it was shorter than that, then I pulled the next nap maybe 10-15 minutes earlier, depending on how he seemed. As he got to 6 months and onward, and when he went to 2 naps...

    My 4.5 year old likely has ADHD and falls asleep at 11pm. Any advice?

    @parmallia I would seek out a different pediatrician and see what they say. There's no reason why she can't be on some kind of medication or supplements to help her. Lack of sleep catches up to them and makes things worse. I hope a different doctor can give you some solutions.
