    @nate71 Okay, so my baby is five months so I'm not much further ahead than you are. However, everything is so much easier now that he sleeps at night. I am really enjoying life so far and he's a joy.

    @iaian People have REALLY strong opinions about this. I think the 4 month regression is a thing. My baby started waking even more frequently at 3.5 months. If your baby's sleep got worse, then it probably happened to you. It's kind of irrelevant if someone else doesn't think it exists if you are...
