@mh86 Your experience sounds awful. But I would wager that this experience is rare I would even say that a male lazy coworker can do the same with his fmla for his condition. They wouldn't prorate HIS bonus.

@iwishgodwasgone I would argue i cover my male coworkers during their absences as well. Thats part of being a team. And my husband picked my daughter up from.daycare just as much as I did
