@mbeau88 I suspect this is one of those cases where a doctor knows something about formula feeding and is applying it to breastfeeding. A breastfed baby quickly learns how to comfort feed without getting much milk at all. But that’s not possible on a bottle, so bottle fed babies can gain too...
