The more your baby nurses (or you remove colostrum/milk from your breasts another way like pumping or hand expressing) the higher your body thinks the demand for milk is and will try to increase your supply...

    @sourdough There are SO many pregnant people in their late 30s & early 40s in the pregnancy subs. There's a slight decline in fertility at 35 and a bigger decline at 40 but not enough that it's in any way rare to be pregnant at these ages. The risks associated with "advanced maternal age"...
