@paker I would recommend changing your routine... Cut out all iPad time after dinner. Do play time before bath. Small dessert with dinner instead of it's own thing. No snack is necessary if it doesn't take so long to get to bed. Kids often sleep poorly/wake up too early when they're overtired...
