@mh86 I think it’s pretty typical of any leave taken unfortunately. Companies don’t seem to consider if the nickel and diming is worth jeopardizing the employee relationship.

@pattimayo At 2 weeks post C section I was still on heavy pain medication and couldn’t even pick up my baby, not to mention no sleep due to the newborn feeding schedule.

@niederwaldflash We used newborn for a few weeks, zip up sleepers only. They are so little and hard to handle at that point, you just want them to be comfortable.
