@angel222 My 3.5 year old doesn’t take naps anymore (she can battle going to sleep for HOURS and it’s just not worth it, though I do think she still needs the nap). We allow her to have “big girl quiet time” she’s a big girl so she doesn’t have to nap but she has to be in her room with the door...
