@lorenzomcgoo We used Pure Encapsulations liquid magnesium because that's what our pediatrician office recommended to us.

@lorenzomcgoo I am not a doctor so of course check with your pediatrician beforehand, and for dosage, but ours recommended magnesium and it worked great!!!
