@hana123 I feel like we’re exactly the same! But me refusing to go on birth control has led to me taking antidepressants. So I don’t know which one is worse to be honest.

@jumanji Thanks for replying! I had no bad experiences, not one at all. I didn’t feel like I needed to continue taking them, I wanted to go natural I guess (at the time I didn’t know about the consequences of stopping).
