    @tuppen00 I made another comment saying this, but potassium! It works wonders by regulating muscle contractions in the intestines. Track your intake and make sure you're getting enough!

    @hocyre89 So glad! I suffered too until I realized that I wasn't getting nearly enough potassium in my diet. Potassium helps the muscles in the intestines. Ever since I began tracking my intake I haven't had any problems since! Since it's such an easy fix it may be worth looking into. Good luck!
