@daman777 I had this same question and was basically told what works for one baby, won't work for others. If your kiddo seems happy and is able to make those wake times then keep it up. 3/3/4 stretched my 8 month old too much so we cut it back to around 2.5/3/3.5-4 and she's been doing much better.
