    @qork I would, I'm in US,FL and had a scheduled C-section for the Wednesday after labor day.. To not lose PTO days I had to use them not necessarily before mat-leave, but by the end of the year. So I burnt out what I could while I could travel and then used 2 days for Tuesday and Wednesday...
