@annieoakley So the NICU ours was a little different from this. There are 4 levels. 1 = the nursery where all term babies with no issues. NICU 2 is "step down" = 1 nurse per 4 babies, a charge nurse and 1 doctor doing rounds, no breathing tubes, just open cots with babies on either feeding tubes...
