Has anyone been a SAHM during the day while husband is at work and then gone to work in the evenings? How did it work out for you?

@lesbian5eva Working 6-9 means you’d never be able to be involved in the bedtime routine. Just something to consider that I haven’t seen others mention. This matters most if you are breastfeeding, but can be mentally challenging regardless. Also, 6-9 was tough for ME, not just my babies. I...

Newborn Size Clothes are a Scam and Other Thoughts

@jerryklasic Everyone told me not to buy newborn, then I had a 6lb tiny nugget and had to go buy her a bunch of clothes. Even the newborns were large on her and the 0-3 were just fucking ridiculous! We just moved her up to 0-3 at 6.5 weeks old!

@amandak695 Night weaning won’t affect your supply this far postpartum - you’ll just make up for it during the day as long as baby is eating during the day. I’m not saying you should night wean if you don’t want to, just wanted to let you know!

Newborn Size Clothes are a Scam and Other Thoughts

@nhoncon My favorite color is pink! But just like you, EVERY SINGLE THING we were given was pink (with the occasional purple thrown in). everything I bought myself is not pink/gender neutral.

Newborn Size Clothes are a Scam and Other Thoughts

@nick83 I got a lot of gray stuff and teal stuff. I knew my baby’s sex, but don’t fancy the idea of everything she owns being pink!
