    @pal1322 Are you vaccinated? Vaccines in general improve overall immune fitness, ability to fight all illness, and lower all cause mortality. Anecdotally, I would get bronchitis 2-3 times a season until I started getting a yearly flu shot. Now I'm hardly ever sick. I get my Covid boosters too...
