Are there any other babies who never had a set schedule?

@oreotragus Yep I agree, it’s just a biased perspective. This sub is fairly focused on schedules so you’re going to see more about wws/schedules then you will about people who are able to go with the flow. Also, most active users here who comment with advice almost always respond to relative...

Help figure out an optimal schedule

@zico1234 Have you seen the pinned post with max wws for this age? I wonder if your baby is exhausted from the day by evening. Those are long wws in the am!

Help figure out an optimal schedule

@zico1234 Explain the nap routine part? Why doesn’t a nap routine fit into a 2 hr ww? Ours is 2-5 minutes long. Jammies, diaper, sack/swaddle, book, bed. Age pending - either then nurse to sleep prior to sleep training or place in bed awake. Different every day makes sense. Baby is still...

Understanding sons blood test results - Hemoglobin

@mrsgerragauch Yup. Plenty of docs practicing with anecdotes or antiquated advice. Here’s a few but I mean these are cherry picked by me so there’s bias in my sources. If you want to tead further or learn more I suggest you also review literature on the advice on using vitamin C with iron to...

Understanding sons blood test results - Hemoglobin

@mrsgerragauch I’m here to blow everyone away since the objective is evidence! Vitamin C supplementation in iron deficiency anemia isn’t necessary. The initial research on this is rather antiquated and in recent years (and decades) there isn’t any great literature to show that vitamin C...

Full extinction parents - what do your night wakings look like and what do you do for them?

@nanipardhu Adding awake time to the day and sleep training are the 2 biggest things to help night wakes for most kids. Not all but many. Do what you think suits your baby! After 3 days if no improvement, tweak more. You have significant space to add awake time. This was just a suggestion you...

Full extinction parents - what do your night wakings look like and what do you do for them?

@nanipardhu https://www.reddit.com/r/sleeptrain/s/4j4Baf3exl 2.5-3.5 avg wws for 6 months. 12-14 avg sleep for 6-12 months. Which means schedule should call for 10-12 awake. Yours calls for 9.5-10. Sooooo my reco would be to add a bit more awake time and pick a dwt and start the day at the...

2 under 2: Give me all your sleep advice

@feargod102501 Stuff the bottle of the doors with a blanket. Toddler woke up first few weeks but that was likely adjustment and developed altering sleep rather than total blame on baby.
