Is having a second kid really worth all the trouble? It looks exponentially harder to go from 1 to 2 kids than zero to 1.

@christopherpriestley In the short term it’s tough but I definitely found 0-1 way harder. Baby boy is almost 4 months now, toddler is 3. The freedom for me has gone because I’m breastfeeding and he won’t take a bottle. The house is slightly better off than it was because I’m home more and on...

Anyone else’s baby fit into smaller age size in clothes?

@netty805 My first was always a size “behind”. At 3 months she was just going into 0-3month clothes. It all evened out when she was around 2. Skipped 18-24 months clothes pretty much and straight into 2-3 years. Now she’s 3 and in the “right” size for her age.

Disappointed that I couldn’t handle the pain of giving birth unmedicated

@voice_itw I had an unmedicated birth because I was bleeding before my waters had gone and baby’s heart rate had started dip and they had to rush things along so they broke my waters. It was horrendous, I didn’t feel powerful or strong, I was lost in the pain. The midwife and my husband had to...

Help me please, before I lose my ever loving mind. Read full post!

@amayasasaki You need to stop giving into her requests. Give her whatever she normally uses as an excuse before bed. We give our wee one a choice to have some cereal before bed and a drink of milk or water. Then we get her to use the potty when she brushes her teeth. We’ve set a strict...
