    @eddy314 Certainly not at 10 months. Carriers are fine for naps (not talking about newborns) as long as the parent is attentive and knows how to wear the carrier correctly.

    @andreea777 The time is coming soon where she will escape or insist on being free from the pen. My 16 month old has hated pens since he started walking at 10 months. I’ve been working for months to try to get rooms fully baby proofed. It’s really exhausting, but once you have a safe open space...

    @amak Omg I can’t even handle thinking about extended trips to non-babyproofed spaces. Especially not houses that I then have to babyproof while trying to watch the toddler.

    @lizlugo51 Oh I’ve got one lol! And he just learned to open his door knob so thank god for it.

    @laurie4321 I’m not at this point yet (a year behind) so I really don’t know if it’s appropriate but, is it too late to put some kind of gate on his bedroom door? So that once he’s in for bedtime, he has to stay.

    @laurie4321 If you can fully babyproof the room (no cords / lamps in reach etc) and put up an extra tall gate, you could at least feel better about him being safe when in his room alone.
